In today digital age, technological developments surrounded us with smart phones, tablets, laptops and smart devices everywhere. Technological advancement helps in connectivity and comfort as well as it influence our sleeping cycle. Screen light, never ending scrolling addiction disrupt human sleep patterns that cause to physical and mental health issues.

Excessive use of mobile phone cause insomnia. Blue screen light emitted by phone screen effects production of melatonin in human body. Melatonin is an important hormone response for sleep in humans. When one use phone in evening it suppress melatonin and leads to sleeplessness.
Moreover, throughout the day the content we watched on social media and streaming platforms remains active in one mind and doesn't allow one to fall asleep.
