The quote, at first, seemed like something of a tautology, one of those pseudo-logic arguments in which the conclusion affirms what is already said in the premises, giving a circular structure to the 'argumentation'. But, when you explain it, then its possible meaning and depth becomes apparent.

Thank you for that @pedrobrito2004! I'm grateful that you appreciate how I fleshed it out. I'm not a fan of circular logic either, and I do my best with the quotes that l share to choose ones that are simple and clear, and yet have a greater, sometimes somewhat hidden depth to them.
