That looks awesome! Chilean and Argentinian wines are great. Having lived in Chile for several years I'm partial to the Chilean wines. That was a good one you chose! I bet it tasted good, interesting pairing of the salmon with sweet potato.

        Argentine wines reign supreme here at home, but in second place we have Chilean wines. Both are of excellent quality. It's just a question of easy access as I'm in the border region with Argentina. !BBH
