Greetings,
How are you doing, dear Hivians,
It has been a long day. It was hot outside and inside.
The production of the day could not stop, because the heat was extremely high.
I went to the beach after the work was over at the office.
The sun outside was really hot, yet the water on the sand was cool.
It was exactly the reason that motivated my presence on the beach this Saturday.
Wind from the ocean was blowing in the direction of the building. The heat seems to flee in this area at the beach.
The absence of heat doesn't mean the disappearance of the sun's rays of light.
I brought a small hat to protect my head from this exposure to the sun-intensive light.
It was not my intention to stand close to the palm tree. The sand was permanently absorbing the heat from the sun, and the shadow of the palms and the Ocean wind was not enough to reduce the impact of the heat.
I ventured closer to the waves. The section of the beach where my feet could be regularly covered with seawater.
Walking on the shore has benefits but also presents risks.
I took my photos at a safe distance. I sometimes go up close to make sure that the ocean water height reaches my knees.
The waves come in various intensities. If you have electronic devices in your trousers pockets, you should be careful. I got destabilized on one occasion when I underestimated the strength of dual waves that rapidly hit the floor close to my legs.
I almost lost control stepping back, but I managed to swiftly pivot to my left to keep my bust dry.
My jeans were completely wet. I was lucky my smartphone was in my hand.
Accidents similar to the one I describe in the article happen more often.
Regards
