If I start thinking about how I appreciate what's around me, I can't think of anything more important than light.
Not only does it allow me to see, but it gives meaning to what I see. That's why I sometimes regret not having a camera or more knowledge. On the other hand, though, I have discovered enormous pleasure in editing. I guess it happens to everyone who plays with photography.
Here are some photographs I took at times when the light spoke to me particularly clearly... or darkly!
A blinding spotlight in the theater, palm trees that can be either light or dark (but always beautiful), the towers of a church illuminated by the spotlight of the sun, vultures taking the place of street lamps.
Light and darkness speaking their language. Hopefully one day I will be able to talk to them.
