If I start thinking about how I appreciate what's around me, I can't think of anything more important than light.

Not only does it allow me to see, but it gives meaning to what I see. That's why I sometimes regret not having a camera or more knowledge. On the other hand, though, I have discovered enormous pleasure in editing. I guess it happens to everyone who plays with photography.

Here are some photographs I took at times when the light spoke to me particularly clearly... or darkly!

A blinding spotlight in the theater, palm trees that can be either light or dark (but always beautiful), the towers of a church illuminated by the spotlight of the sun, vultures taking the place of street lamps.

Light and darkness speaking their language. Hopefully one day I will be able to talk to them.

Hello @adncabrera.
Can you do us a small favour and remove the monomad tag from this post?
Please keep in mind that it is supposed to be used only with black and white photography published in the black and white community. Basically as the entry ticket for our daily challenge with the same name. It's a contest tag, and not a generic one like #blackandwhite #photography #monochrome, etc.

@monochromes, it is very painful for me to ask this of you. I can't find how to remove the tag on #Liketu, which was where I posted from. will you please disregard this post? I am respectful. The last thing I want is to be inconvenient, however, I don't know how to go about it. I have deleted the tag in PeakD with no problems.

@adncabrera You can post to other communities using Liketu. The community selector is just below the tags field 🙂

Thank you! I'm just starting to use the application and I'm still clumsy. Any information will help me to keep improving.

It seems you managed.
And no worries, just please keep it in mind in your next publications.
Cheers! 🙂

Thank you, I will keep this in mind.
Anyway, I will approach your contest. It looks fabulous.

Oh, right, of course! Pardon my ignorance! this error will be corrected immediately.
