Hive and My Road to 75K Hive Power: 60K HP Surpassed! + My 1.4K HIVE Power UP!
Today is July 1 of the year 2024 and like every first day of the month:
I like to publish a post in which I check and share my progress on Hive
I like to share a little focus on the value of the HIVE token
I like to participate in the Hive Power Up Day initiative which is a nice recurring initiative of every first day of every month.
I like to set and share my resolutions for the month just started.
I discovered Hive on March 5, 2019 and today, July 1, 2024, more than 5 years after creating my Hive account, I am still here on Hive because I like to write content on my Hive blog, I like to interact with other Hive authors, and I like to play Hive games, which have become the main topic of my posts since 2021.
Hive is my favorite blockchain project and the current market value of the HIVE token is not worrisome to me but an incentive to be even more active in publishing content and interacting with other Hive authors.
I consider this market value to be absolutely underestimated relative to the many utilities Hive has (my personal assessment and not financial advice).
Thirty days ago, on June 1, 2024 1 HIVE was worth $0.3047 and was in position 364 considering the Market Cap
Today, July 1, 2024 1 HIVE has a value = 0.2168$ and is in place 350 considering the Market Cap
In a time interval of 30 days (June 1, 2024 - July 1, 2024) the value of the HIVE token decreased by -0.0879$ = -28.85%
The current market value of the HIVE token is a value that is within my buy area and my HBD->HIVE conversion area and for that reason in June I did the withdrawal of all my HBD in savings with the goal of converting them to HIVE and then doing Hive Power Up on Hive Power Up Day which is today.
Thanks to the coversion and sale of my HBD in HIVE today I had in my Hive Wallet 926.63 HIVE liquid.
In June I also tried to increase the amount of SWAP.HIVE tokens in my possession through the sale of second level tokens and through the sale of some assets of some Hive games I play.
In my Hive Engine wallet I have accumulated 553.05 SWAP.HIVE.
Today I decided to also convert all my liquid SWAP.HIVE to HIVE to make an even bigger Hive Power Up.
I chose to use the Convert feature of BeeSwap for the conversion.
Between HBD and HP I have always preferred and prefer to have HPs even though the APR of HP is lower than the APR of HBD in savings because HP have many more use cases and especially measure the influence of an account on Hive and I want to have more and more influence on Hive.
By the way, I was happy to see that the APR related to simple dentention of HP increased in June and exceeded 3%.
To the 3.22% should be added the APR produced by curation activity, which can range between 8% and 12% depending on how and when HP is used to vote on posts published on Hive.
Today is the seventh Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) of the year 2024, and I am glad to be able to participate by doing a Hive Power UP above 1000 HP.
Today I made a Hive Power Up = 1475.53 HIVE -> +1475.53 HP.
Hive Power Up Day is a nice initiative that I enjoy participating in and I cherish participating in it.
I have not skipped an HPUD since August 2022, and with the Hive Power Up I did today I am up to 24 consecutive HPUD participations and will also receive my 24th consecutive badge at https://hivebuzz.me/.
On January 1, 2024, I set two goals related to my Hive Power (HP):
an intermediate goal: to reach Orca status.
an annual goal: to reach 75K HP by the end of the year 2024
In early June, I reached Orca status and thus achieved my first annual goal.
Thanks to the Power Up I did today, I reached an amount of 60863.44 HP.
I am still 16987 HP away from reaching my annual HP-related goal.
On June 1, I was ranked number 314 on the list of Hive users with the most HP.
In the month of June I advanced 15 places and now I have entered the top 300 of Hive users with the most HP.
To monitor my progress toward Orca status and toward my annual goal but especially to self-motivate myself at each beginning of the month, I created a table in which:
I mark at each beginning of the month my monthly increases in Hive Power
I calculate an intermediate monthly goal that will be bigger or smaller based on my results in the previous month.
In the time interval of June 1, 2024 - July 1, 2024, I increased my Hive Power by +2850.8 HP and this is the largest monthly increase I was able to make in 2024.
For the first time since the beginning of the year, I have reached my monthly increment goal and therefore my intermediate goal for July decreases compared to the beginning of the previous month: 2831.30->2827.40.
Reaching an amount of 75K HP by the end of the year will not be easy but I will strive to achieve it.
In the month of June:
- I published 20 posts
- I wrote 517 comments
If I could publish at least 1 post a day I could speed up my path to 75K HP but with the many commitments I have in real life I will hardly be able to publish 1 post a day and in fact I have never succeeded in the last 3 years.
Also in terms of my interaction level I could do more and my goal is to achieve a Comments/posts ratio greater than 20 (not monthly but total).
The two elements I consider most important for growing on Hive are in order of importance:
interaction
consistency in posting.
These two elements are strongly interrelated but interaction is in my opinion the most important element.
In July my resolutions will be:
- try to increase the number of posts published
- try to increase the number of comments written
- try to add at least one new blockchain-based game to the list of games on which I am an active player.

60K Hive Power Superato e il mio percorso verso 75K Hive Power!
Oggi è il primo luglio dell'anno 2024 e come ogni primo giorno del mese:

mi piace condividere un piccolo focus sul valore del token HIVE
mi piace partecipare all'iniziativa Hive Power Up Day che è una bella iniziativa ricorrente di ogni primo giorno di ogni mese.
mi piace fissare e condividere i miei propositi per il mese appena iniziato.
Ho scoperto Hive il 5 marzo 2019 e oggi 1 luglio 2024, dopo più di 5 anni dalla creazione del mio Hive account, sono ancora qui su Hive perchè mi piace scrivere contenuti sul mio Hive blog, mi piace interagire con gli altri autori di Hive e mi piace giocare agli Hive games che a partire dal 2021 sono diventati il principale argomento dei miei post.
Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito e l'attuale valore di mercato del token HIVE non è preoccupante per me ma è un incentivo ad essere ancora più attivo nella pubblicazione di contenuti e nell'interazione con gli altri autori di Hive.
Considero questo valore di mercato assolutamente sottostimato in rapporto alle tante utilità che ha Hive (mia personale valutazione e non è un consiglio finanziario).
Trenta giorni fa, il primo giugno 2024 1 HIVE valeva 0.3047$ ed era in posizione 364 considerando il Market Cap
Oggi 1 luglio 2024 1 HIVE ha un valore = 0.2168$ e si trova al posto 350 considerando il Market Cap
In un intervallo di tempo di 30 giorni (1 giugno 2024 - 1 luglio 2024) il valore del token HIVE è diminuito di -0.0879$ = -28.85%
Il valore di mercato attuale del token HIVE è un valore che rientra nella mia buy area e nella mia conversion HBD->HIVE area e per questo motivo nel mese di giugno ho fatto il withdraw di tutti i miei HBD in savings con l'obiettivo di convertirli in HIVE per poi fare Hive Power Up nel giorno del Hive Power Up Day che è proprio oggi.
Grazie alla coversione e alla vendita dei miei HBD in HIVE oggi avevo nel mio Hive Wallet 926.63 HIVE liquidi.
Nel mese di giugno ho cercato anche di aumentare il quantitativo di token SWAP.HIVE in mio possesso tramite la vendita di token di secondo livello e tramite la vendita di alcuni assets di alcuni Hive games a cui gioco.
Nel mio Hive Engine wallet ho accumulato 553.05 SWAP.HIVE
Oggi ho deciso di convertire anche tutti i miei SWAP.HIVE liquidi in HIVE per fare un Hive Power Up ancora più grande.
Per la conversione ho scelto di utilizzare la funzionalità Convert di BeeSwap
Tra HBD e HP ho sempre preferito e preferisco avere HP anche se l'APR degli HP è inferiore all'APR degli HBD in savings perchè gli HP hanno molti più casi d'uso e soprattutto misurano l'influenza di un account su Hive e io voglio avere sempre più influenza su Hive.
Tra l'altro sono stato felice di vedere che l'APR relativo alla semplice dentenzione degli HP è aumentata nel mese di giugno e ha superato il 3%.
Al 3.22% va aggiunto l'APR prodotto dall'attività di curation che può oscillare tra l'8% e il 12% in base al modo e alla tempistica con cui si utilizza l'HP per votare i post pubblicati su Hive.
Oggi è il settimo Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) dell'anno 2024 e sono contento di poter partecipare facendo un Hive Power UP superiore a 1000 HP.
Oggi ho fatto un Hive Power Up = 1475.53 HIVE -> +1475.53 HP.
L'Hive Power Up Day è una bella iniziativa a cui mi piace partecipare e tengo molto a parteciparvi.
Da agosto 2022 non salto un HPUD e con il Hive Power Up che ho fatto oggi sono arrivato a 24 partecipazioni consecutive all'HPUD e riceverò anche il mio ventiquattresimo badge consecutivo sul sito https://hivebuzz.me/.
Il 1 gennaio 2024 ho fissato due obiettivi relativi al mio Hive Power (HP):
un obiettivo intermedio: raggiungere lo status di Orca
un obiettivo annuale: raggiungere 75K HP entro la fine dell'anno 2024
Nei primi giorni di giugno ho raggiunto lo status di Orca e quindi ho raggiunto il mio primo obiettivo annuale.
Grazie al Power Up che ho fatto oggi ho raggiunto un quantitativo di 60863.44 HP.
Mi mancano ancora 16987 HP per raggiungere il mio obiettivo annuale relativo agli HP.
Il primo giugno ero al posto numero 314 nella classifica degli utenti di Hive con più HP.
Nel mese di giugno sono avanzato di 15 posizioni e adesso sono entrato nella top 300 degli utenti di Hive con più HP.
Per monitorare i miei progressi verso il mio obiettivo annuale ma soprattutto per automotivarmi ad ogni inizio mese ho costruito una tabella in cui:
segno ad ogni inizio mese i miei incrementi mensili di Hive Power
calcolo un obiettivo intermedio mensile che sarà più grande o più piccolo in base ai miei risultati nel mese precedente.
Nell'intervallo di tempo 1 giugno 2024 - 1 luglio 2024 ho incrementato il mio Hive Power di +2850.8 HP ed è questo l'incremento mensile più grande che sono riuscito a fare nel 2024.
Per la prima volta da inizio anno ho raggiunto l'obiettivo di incremento mensile e per questo motivo il mio obiettivo intermedio per il mese di luglio diminuisce rispetto all'inizio del mese precedente: 2831.30->2827.40.
Raggiungere un quantitativo di 75K HP entro la fine dell'anno non sarà facile ma mi impegnerò per riuscirci.
Nel mese di giugno:
- ho pubblicato 20 post
- ho scritto 517 commenti
Se riuscissi a pubblicare almeno 1 post al giorno potrei velocizzare il mio percorso verso i 75K HP ma con i tanti impegni che ho nella real life difficilmente riuscirò a pubblicare 1 post al giorno e infatti non ci sono mai riuscito negli ultimi 3 anni.
Anche per quanto riguarda il mio livello di interazione potrei fare di più e il mio obiettivo è di raggiungere un rapporto Comments/posts maggiore di 20 (non mensile ma totale).
I due elementi che considero più importanti per crescere su Hive sono in ordine di importanza:
- interazione
- consistenza nella pubblicazione
Questi due elementi sono fortemente collegati tra di loro ma l'interazione è secondo me l'elemento più importante.
Nel mese di luglio i miei propositi saranno:
- cercare di aumentare il numero di post pubblicati
- cercare di aumentare il numero di commenti scritti
- cercare di aggiungere almeno un nuovo gioco basato su blockchain alla lista di giochi su cui sono un giocatore attivo.
