I think the connections you make throughout the Hive community are also very important. The outcome of engagement during a Hive in-person or virtual event, can benefit you in multiple ways. My growth as a Hive blogger, has opened up opportunities for me off-chain that I would never have had otherwise. The benefits derive from more than the upvotes alone. I'm glad I joined Hive and encourage others reading this to do the same.
