This photograph is from the place called Sahastradhara in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. When I moved to Dehradun I visited this place as locals suggested this is one of the beautiful places, but the moment I saw it I was so disappointed as the water was too dirty and totally crowded. during that time only I participated in a virtual run where we had to complete 480 km in 30 days, an average of 17 km a day. One day during this running challenge I decided to run towards this river and, I was amazed. Early morning the water was so clean, that I stopped running, swam here, and ran back home. Since that day this is actually one of my favorite places and in the summer every weekend swimming here is my favorite outdoor activity.
Congrats, @x-rain, you are the Honorable Mention! :)
