Listen believers, I know you're busy, occupied with a lot of stuff, you have lots of activities going on and you're probably all over the place. But sometimes the question is not about being busy, but the are you productive?
Because you can be busy, you can be very occupied, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you are feeling fulfilled or you are being productive. For lots of people, we usually engage ourselves and we put ourselves into a lot of activities that we don't even necessarily need to be a part of, and sometimes they are not even things that we are passionate about.
But just because you feel as if you are supposed to be engaged all the time, so you keep yourself busy, when you go back home and you're lying in bed and you have to think back on all the things that you were doing, you realize that you are not satisfied, you don't feel fulfilled, there is emptiness on the inside of you, because you are not being productive.
And also producing results is a really interesting concept, because it's not essentially about just producing any type of results, but it's essentially about producing results in line with your vision and in line with your objective. But lots of people would never get the fulfillment and results that they do desire, because they invest their time in working on visions of others than theirs. And if you don't invest time in working on your own vision, other people will just keep employing you to work on theirs.
Instead of just working on any random project or jumping from one work to any other work that is available, I believe it's truly essential for each and every one of us to discover what our life's work should be.
What's that one thing that you intend by the leading of God and the Holy Spirit that your life should be geared towards?
There has to be something. But if you don't take your time to discover that one thing and accept it and believe in it and start working on it, you will just be busy, but you will never feel as if you are achieving anything. And it's also interesting, you know, the fact that things are just easier on the path of destiny.
It's not like you wouldn't face difficulties or tough times wouldn't come, but it's just that you realize that you just have the capacity to just deal with it and accept it like it is nothing, and you accept certain difficulties as long as they are leading you to that place of fulfillment.
The Bible did say all things work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His holy purpose.
So what am I saying here?
I'm saying you don't essentially need to just engage yourself with any work that is available. Discover the work that is meant for you. And just invest your time and energy in focusing on that.
Believe in that at the end of the day, things are going to work out for you.
