Street Photography and Train Station.
I recently took some photos in a very popular area of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires, this place is known as "Once (11)" and is a shopping area generally. It is quite crowded and really not very safe, although I only stayed in one of the Metrobus stations, I was very careful when taking these pictures.
I was there and thought it would be a good idea a couple of photos where I show part of the station, the public transport buses and some people or passengers. A low angle shot was necessary.
I really like these next two photos because I stood in front of the column so that I could get some symmetry from the structure of the station. The combination of light and shadows as the people walked towards the transport I think makes the images somewhat interesting.
This photo is not necessarily from a train station but from the subway.
I was traveling on the E line and I took it when I got off the train at my destination station to transfer to the train. It is one of the most modern stations and while the train was stopped I took the opportunity.
This is the MITRE station, a separate station that belongs to another transport company whose trains travel to different medium and long distance destinations. This is what would be the hall of the building, very emblematic in the city and with a beautiful architecture.
The few times I travel on this line I feel the need to take pictures but mostly on the platforms as the structures, beams and the space itself is very attractive especially for black and white photography.
As you can see, the ceiling has a curved structure that allows light to enter and is reflected on the floor through lines.
I couldn't pass up taking a picture of this antique clock as well, which led me to imagine what it would have been like to be there decades ago when all this was built.
I hope you liked this selection of photos that are part of my monomad challenge today. Have a great weekend. Hugs!
That's all, friends! Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
