Hi everyone!
Today I want to share with you some photos that I took with Sofía a few weeks ago. I had previously told you that she belongs to a music group with two other girls, who contacted me to do an urban portrait session to promote their material. We took a lot of photos, walked around the city at night and looked for interesting places with attractive backgrounds and lights.
The last place we went was the Teatro Colon, we were near there in fact and I remembered the great space, the architecture, the walls and doors of the theater. I thought and proposed the idea of taking some photos there, maybe we could get something good.
Here in Buenos Aires it is winter, at that time we did not have such low temperatures but it was still cold, even in those conditions he chose to dress that way and honestly he was suffering from the weather 🤣 We took some photos and he dressed warmly to walk from one place to another.
Sofia and I have already worked together once, it was more than a year ago, that session was great and it was in the summer, the work we did was with a personal and artistic purpose. The theme of this session was different.
I would like to share with you an anecdote that happened to us in the session and that she wanted to share with me...
She is not really a model, that is to say that she does not dedicate herself to that but despite this she has very good attitudes for poses and a very good imagination. At that time she was not so comfortable, apart from the cold, she had physical discomfort, some flu, so she was not at her best. This had repercussions in terms of his postures that we had to correct, stop and talk, give him a little encouragement and try as many times as necessary.
It is interesting how any emotion can affect the models during work and it can be noticed in some expressions, at least I notice it. For me it is very important that the model feels comfortable, has energy and enjoys while we work, I decided to offer her another session at another time and I promised her that we would take cooler photos since I love her style, she is a nice girl with a good attitude.
What do you think of the results? Let me know in the comments :)
That's all folks. Thanks for stopping by and appreciating.
