A Parked Bike - Monomad Challenge

Here I go with one more series of bicycles... A few days ago I shared with you some shots of this topic, At that time I passed by a bike rental station but this time it is different, It is not this type of bike but rather an individual one, parked in one of the corners of the downtown area of Buenos Aires. No luxuries, no brands, a bicycle from someone who apparently works with it.

One day I'm going to get in trouble for taking photos of these other people's bicycles in the streets 😂 but over time I've put the shame aside 🤣

The truth is that I do think they look interesting in color, in black and white it is even cooler and of course the 85mm lens works its magic with a nice bokeh.

I took some photos of some parts of this bike, as quickly as I could, I didn't want to stay there for so long.

This is the security lock that was connecting the bike to a column...

I don't know but these details seem very attractive to me, especially because it is something real, spontaneous, something that I find on the street and not in a store on display. The vehicle a person uses to transport things and work I could say.

I took two photos from two different angles focusing on this basket. I have made some of these shots a little dark, I liked it this way and of course some vignettes, contrast and low level of lighting cannot be missing.

I'm going to share one last shot with you... You don't know how much this one fascinated me but damn it... I cut off his feet 😂

I think that if it had been better located on the avenue and much further back so that the man enters the frame, this would have been a perfect shot (for me) Still, I liked what it conveys, that's why it's here :)

I hope you liked some of these and that you had a good start to the week 🙂

Hi @themarkymark Of course, thanks for your suggestion.
