Getting new items of our own is one of the best gift to ourselves and it's like rewarding ourselves with the things that we want after our hard work in working for days, months, and sometimes years.
I don't usually buy anything as a reward to myself because I usually buy food not for myself but to my family to reward myself because bonding to my family is one of the best reward that I can think of.
Most of the times, I will bring my small family to stores around our town to treat them and it flutters my heart every time that I will bring them to the food store. I am contented in that kind of reward and gift for them because seeing them happy makes me happy, too.
Anyway, many years have passed since I didn't buy anything for myself because I am prioritizing my family after these years, I bought for myself now because I am working in a company that is not a work from home.
Well, I have a pair of shoes but I only have one and I need to go to work every weekdays and one shoes is not enough to wear it because of the climate that will change like a wet road, or a rain that will make my shoes wet.
I decided to buy myself another shoes as a gift for my spare shoes. It's not a branded shoes because I don't have any budget to buy one. So, I went to the thrift store and find shoes that will fit to my feet.
There are many choices and displays to this thrift store. There are old utensils, pillows, cabinets, rice cooker, and most especially shoes.
I went to the shoes section and find a pair of shoes that will fit to the my feet and the design that will also fit my taste. Well, I took many minutes to go around and around the shoes section because there are many choices that I can choose but some of them are very small to my feet.
Then after many minutes, I found this shoes that is displaying at the end of the shoes section. I like the design, color, and texture. Although, a little bit pricey at start then I started asking for a lower price to the owner.
Well, I've been asking for many times for the lower price of the shoes because I am interested in buying it. The owner repeatedly say that the original price is 11USD and they can only lower to 10USD. It's still a little bit pricey considering that it's a thrift shop.
Well, after asking for so many times about lowering the price, they decided to lower the price at 7USD for the last price and it's more cheaper now than the original price.
So, I grab the opportunity on buying the shoes because I like the color and design and it also fits my feet which is more great for me too. I got a new shoes now that I can wear it on going to work.
