Chichinga Vaji Recipe with Potatoes and Prawns

How are you all? Hope everyone is well. I am also fine by the grace of God.

Today I am here with you with a different kind of post. Today I am sharing a recipe post with you. The recipe is Chichinga Bhaji recipe with potatoes and prawns. I don't like chichinga vegetables when cooked. If you fry shrimps with fish in this way, it is very good to eat with hot rice. If you add potatoes with it, the recipe is more delicious. Again this recipe is very good to eat with bread. I hope you will like my recipe today. So let's get started.

Necessary Materials

Chichinga

potatoes

shrimp fish

onion

Green chillies

salt

garlic

turmeric powder

Chilli powder

coriander leaves

Step - 1

First I chopped the chichinga and potatoes. It should be cut slightly round to look much better. I usually cut them into rounds and then rinse them well in water.

Then I lit the stove and took a pan and heated enough oil in the pan. It should be heated very lightly. Then I fried chopped onions and chopped green chillies and chopped garlic for a while. Know that the spices become slightly yellowish. Stir well like this for about two to three minutes.

Then I took all the masalas and then added salt, turmeric powder, chili powder as much as needed. Stir all the spices well and fry for a while. It should be fried very lightly.

Then I added some small prawns and fried them well. At this time I stirred the prawns for about five to six minutes.

Then I added pre-cut chichinga and potato chips. Then I shook for a while.

After cooking for about 15 minutes, when the vegetables were cooked, I added chopped coriander leaves. Then remove from the oven.

Then fried the vegetables and served on a plate. This is how the recipe was made.
