Dang that sounds horrible. Was it clean or just as dirty as Da Nang? I know you said the only clean place there was the beach. A least you only ever have to go back once and then you are good right? Or will you have to go back periodically after the surgery?
I haven't yet had the surgery. I will have to go back there probably in January. The last time I booked a trip there I left some days for sightseeing but now I know that I have zero desire to do that. It will be surgery, drugs from the surgery, food, hotel, back for removal of bandages and reapplication of said bandages, then flight out of there.
i'm sure there are good sides just like there are anywhere else but I didn't find it while I was there. I also no longer want to look for it
