My vision over the years starting from my little days has always been a way to Craft a niche for myself as an empire entrepreneur. An entrepreneur is one who sees a market problem, an alternative , that aims at profound solutions, within the lacking space of business ideas and innovation, where others have not found such business in existence whether in the now or in the future.
As an entrepreneur over the years, I have discovered that business is not about the amount of capital invested, nor the way you try to undermine others potentially, rather, it is one who can discover the alternative foregone, of a customer choice of demand and supply choices of goods services with maximum utilities that can make a good entrepreneur.
This experience is garnering from my fashion business, I came to realize as an, that I need to identify what brand of clothes my company should base, this calls for that moment which you have to immunize your business ideas. So at that time I got what I wanted, which was fashion. The first question that came to my mind was like I was having a conversation with myself in the future. What problem do I want to solve? What impact do I want to make? All questions were the foundation for my business, living in a student area and also as a student I know young people like trends and fashion, and as a student I can get business deals with them without stressing myself. So that was how I got the motivation to start up a fashion business.
However, I would be offering us a time, fact and self verified tips:
Identify your market need:
Many people today do not know their Mark or customers needs, being able to discover such an important business factor as an entrepreneur makes business fruit, and brings chances of good patronage from far and near. For instance, when I started my fashion business in Uyo Akwa Ibom State, many people were already there. My friends told me to stay in Lagos but I insisted on staying in Uyo. Reason because I came in at that time with new innovative fashion Ideas that weren't in the business space and I started making clothes for fellow students in the university and now I'm known for it. I didn't bother looking for customers elsewhere. My attention was based on students alone and gradually I was known in my street for fashion.
Dream Big, Start Small
As an entrepreneur starting a business don't be afraid to think big, but start with small, achievable steps. Break down your vision into manageable tasks, and celebrate your progress along the way.
My personal story, when I started I used my room to make my clothes. By then I didn't have a shop, but with time I was able to make money and rent a shop for myself.
Stay Agile
Be always ready to change your strategy and adopt a new one, if something isn't working. Stay flexible and adapt to changes in your industry or market. Some people are not doing well in business simply because they are outdated, they are not current with the new trends. In this fashion world if you don't learn new styles then you will be left behind because each day, new styles and new fashion sense so to stay relevant you have to learn and grow.
Lastly I want to say, as an entrepreneur you should always remember that every small step counts, and every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow.
Best of luck, and let's grow together!
