En estos últimos días que han estado más activos con mi emprendimiento de postres, y viendo la aceptación que han tenido en este regreso, decidí variar los productos e ir introduciendo en las ventas otros postres tradicionales, pero para lograr dejarlos en la lista, siempre hago una prueba de mercado y sondeo la venta de los mismos productos en la zona.

La estrategia anterior fue llevar cada postre nuevo a las reuniones sociales donde asistía, y así todos podían probar el nuevo producto y darme sus impresiones. De esa manera la amplia gama de sabores de mis quesillos fue conocida y apreciada, desde el quesillo tradicional, pasando por sabores como piña, limón, canela, chocolate, parchita, entre otros, hasta llegar al más reciente que introduje en la lista, que fue el quesillo de café.
The previous strategy was to take each new dessert to the social gatherings I attended, so that everyone could try the new product and give me their impressions. That way the wide range of flavors of my quesillos was known and appreciated, from the traditional quesillo, through flavors like pineapple, lemon, cinnamon, chocolate, parchita, among others, to the most recent one I introduced in the list, which was the coffee quesillo.
Pero necesitaba seguir variando gustos, sabores, y productos, así que estas semanas recientes, introduje en mi lista de postres, otros dulces típicos de nuestra gastronomía criolla, como la marquesa y el arroz con leche. De esa manera la lista se encuentra integrada por: Dulce de lechosa, quesillos en diversos sabores, marquesas también de diversos sabores, y ahora el arroz con leche. Pronto adicionaré las tortas de pan y de auyama, ampliando de esa manera la dulcería criolla como ha sido mi plan desde el inicio.
But I needed to continue varying tastes, flavors, and products, so in recent weeks, I introduced in my list of desserts, other typical sweets of our Creole gastronomy, such as marquesa and rice pudding. Thus, the list is now integrated by: Dulce de lechosa, quesillos in different flavors, marquesas also in different flavors, and now rice pudding. Soon I will add bread and pumpkin cakes, thus expanding the Creole sweets as it has been my plan since the beginning.
La estrategia más reciente que voy a aplicar, son las promociones y ofertas, algo así como “lleve dos por el precio de uno”, o “un porcentaje de descuento en los dulces si llevan dos o tres”, cosas así que aún estoy afinando. Y en cuanto a la estrategia anterior, la sigo implementando pero con una variante nueva, que es hacer la degustación en recipientes más económicos que lleven el adhesivo con el logo del emprendimiento. De esta manera no sólo se están llevando el nuevo sabor, sino un detalle más para tenerlo presente en casa. Al menos para esas personas que como yo, guardan y reutilizan envases de otros productos.
The most recent strategy that I am going to apply are promotions and offers, something like "take two for the price of one", or "a percentage discount on the candy if you take two or three", things like that that I am still fine-tuning. And as for the previous strategy, I am still implementing it but with a new variant, which is to make the tasting in cheaper containers with the sticker with the company's logo. In this way, not only are they getting the new flavor, but also one more detail to have at home. At least for those people who, like me, save and reuse containers of other products.
Todas las ideas que sumen crecimiento y evolución positiva de mi emprendimiento, son bienvenidas, ya que no hay nada que me produzca más satisfacción que ver los gestos de disfrute cuando un cliente prueba y saborea un dulce de “Delicias Carmín”.
