Well, my son stater throwing the compost to the back yard, and I guess there was a Potatoe that went bad, and he just threw it with the other stuff. Most of it became dirt and but there was a plant to. We didn't know what it was until he started digging. We got like 6 potatoes and that all happened last year. We put the small ones back and this year we got even more. Thank for watching appreciate the comment
