i know i should preserve more of my produce... i even bought the jars (2 years ago) and have not used them. they have stayed packed in the garage.

not that there is much point at the moment. The awful QLD weather with nothing but rain coupled with me being busy has over run the garden with caterpillars and snails again. there IS NO harvest.

when we get back from our overseas trip i will start again (buying in the lovely bugs that eat the caterpillars they did such a good job.

              yeah its been a feral summer. just awful. the rain and heat have been nasty that is for sure.
