Hello everyone, this is my entry to the splinterlands community engagement challenge for this week. It's almost the end of the year and this week, my entry to the community challenge is going to take different turn to what it usually is.
The whole splinterlands journey for me this year has been an interesting one as I believe I have made significant progress in the game and its been a nice ride. Unfortunately, I don't believe I wrote down my goals for the year but I believe I have made some progress probably except in the market.
I made plans in the early months of 2024 to buy about 100+ $SPS after every season to increase my stake and I did do not initially but I had to stop it for financial reasons. Hopefully, I can continue it this year.
I have been very fortunate to develop some very interesting battle tactics throughout this year which has helped me a lot to overcome some very good players. On top of my head, I have 2 strategies where one nullifies my enemy's Quora Townsend on a lot of occassions and another one that has proven to work a lot against a lot of other strategies especially against enemy's who bring melee monsters. I also have one strategy I pick in the fire element which I usually use when the battle mana is huge.
Immortalis
For my most reliable strategies, the Immortalis summoner and the Astral Entity summoner have helped tremendousy. Immortalis is an earth summoner that gives your units void and shatter abilities. Void helps a lot when your enemy brings magic units and the shatter helps when your enemy brings units with shields.
Astral Entity helps by giving your units the phase ability an removes 2 shield from your enemy's units. Also gives the first unit of your team to die the ***rebirth ability. This helps so much when your enemy brings non magic units; melee an ranged units. They tend to miss their attacks and with the first unit that I usually bring which is Cursed Windeku, it heals and the melee attacks which attack receive thorns damage.
Astral Entity
My participation in guild brwals have increased this year as well as I have made it a point to enter my battles as early as possible. That has also contributed to my overall total stake $SPS which now stands at 6704. I have some sps which I will claim after this current season ends which should take me to maybe around 6800. I am hoping by the end of next year, I will have about 15K staked SPS. Hopefully, I can get 20K.
SPS
Another goal I made earlier in the year which I wasn't able to come to fruition early will have to be participating in tournanaments. It wasn't until yesterday I took part in my first ever tournament. I was able to win 100 DEC in the first one and 10 DEC in the second tournanment. Hopefully, I will be able to join more tournaments next year.

I am hoping I can make a proper compillation of all my goals this time and how to achieve them which will be shared with the community.
