Hello everyone, this is my entry to the splinterlands community engagement challenge for this week. For this week's challenge, I want to talk about something nice that has become a part of the splinterlands game.
The splinterlands community is an evr growng due to the good work put in by the dev team and everyone involved. However, the game and the community would still greatly appreciate new players and that is why this new, innovative improvement or feature or advantage has been added that will be of great help to both new and old players. Gameplay experience is very important and necessary to keep your old players interested in playing the game but who doesn't being rewarded the more from time to time.
So, what has been added? Why am I talking too much? The splinterlands ambassador program is this new or extra feature that has been added to the game to help onboard and keep new players. This is also to help old players earn some extra rewards. What's all this about? The idea or concept is pretty straightforward. Invite a friend to sign up for the game using your referral link and when this friends reaches some requirements, you earn more. Also, as soon as the friend signs up, you are both given some freebies.
Ambassador program
The referral system is grouped into what is known as tier systems each with their benefits. These are the silver tier and the gold tier. I have currently been placed under the silver tier but I don't actually meet the requirements and as such I am not enjoying any benefits.
To qualify for the silver tier, you must have invited at least 1 friend and that friend must have used your invite link or referral link to successfully sign up. Upon a successful sign up with your link, you and your friend will earn up to 500 CREDITS when your friend purchases a spell book. You will also earn 5% of your friend's earn of season Glint rewards. Sounds good?
Silver tier
To qualify for the gold tier, you ought to have invited at least 10 friends who have successfully signed up with your referral link. These 10 have must have spent at least $100 in purchases related to the splinterlands game and community. Your benefits include getting 500 CREDITS, earning 5% of your friends end of season glint rewards , earning a 5% bonus on all packs your friends purchase and earn 1% of your friends transactions in peer-to-peer markets. Gold tier
