I've been to Bear Lake many times when I was a kid! It's a nice place in summer, I remember having a lot of fun there. Glacier is a beautiful place too, but a lot farther to drive and more expensive to stay for sure, I hope you can make up that way. You could probably hit Yellowstone along the way!
