I think it's human nature to indulge in distractions even though we may have the best of intentions to be consistent towards achieving our dreams or goals in life. Sometimes, I wish there is a straight path to going anywhere worthwhile, because the moment there are twists and turns, the chances of falling off and never arriving increases. I guess life is a combination of both, the good and the bad.

If life was a straight path for every individual what a robot we would be.
Then again one can wish for a straight path most of the time, it could be great to have a mix with the ‘straight path’ leading. Like you've said the bad and good mix.

Exactly, life would be monotonous and perhaps, there will be no meaning of it or the meaning of it is so evident that it really doesn't matter.
