Sammy is a great performer with a huge fan base. I read that he met a fan once who had been to 100 of his shows, and Sammy told him he would never have to pay again. So he's gotten free tickets ever since, frequent flier points I guess.
The 55 was a stupid idea, but in America most political decisions are mostly moronic and not based on science. Never will be either no matter who is charge...
