Fitness Friday Challenge: Trying to reach 7000 steps per day

in FreeCompliments10 months ago
Many people try to reach the famous 10,000-step-a-day goal to live better lives.

But what if taking 7,000 steps is already too hard?

In this Fitness Friday challenge blog, I will take you on my weekly journey to raise my foot count to 7,000.

**Friday: **

I am enthusiastic about this new challenge.

The first five days seem very easy to me.

On a typical working day, I often lift my steps to 5000; I do not need an extra moment to plan; it is my expectation.

A walk to the store, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and a neighborhood tour after eating; It feels good to be in motion.

**Saturday: **

Have a good night's sleep and relax.

After that, several home tasks are scheduled.

With your house vacuuming and sewing, you come to several steps.

It's not the funniest job, but it helps me reach my goal today.

Two thousand steps was easily reached also with great sleep in the morning.

Sunday:

Last day of the week.

Today, a party is scheduled so 3,000 can be easily reached.

The only disadvantage of this party is its continuous standing.

Watching my attitude is important because I feel that this is fatal to my back.

Often, I tend to take a twisted attitude when I carefully talk to someone.

Monday:

Working days bother me.

Sitting behind my desk for a long time is disgusting to my stepper.

Fortunately, I managed to make a solid walk during the break.

In the evening, I also take a long walk around the neighborhood.

The counter is steadily tapping up.

**Tuesday:**

It is a lovely sunny day, so I am out with the kids at work.

This is an ideal day for my foot-teller.

My counter goes slowly to the 5000 without noticing it and requires no extra effort.

Look at these days I like the most.

**Wednesday: **

My day off from work.

But a list of tasks that keeps me moving.

And today, I have an extra stimulus to move.

The smartwatch I ordered has finally been delivered.

Let's see how many steps the watch has recorded.

I would have kept my phone in my pocket for security to see if the steps matched.

But it was also good because the two had a significant difference.

Let's believe my phone because, with the 6387 steps, my goal was reached again today.

**Thursday: **

Today I have an appointment to play sports with the school children at the table tennis club.

It is the perfect opportunity to take my number of steps to the next level.

We started with a great walk to the gym.

And once there, there wasn't a second I stood still.

What a lovely and passionate sport. I am working and doing sports simultaneously, which is ideal!

**Friday: **

The week is flying by.

After a busy day of work, I plow on the couch.

Too tired to move.

And that is no longer necessary.

At work, I flew from left to right.

We had a carnival party with the children at the end of the week.

And as a teacher, you can't stay on the sidelines.

Great dancing and jumping were the boosts I needed to finish this week with a banger.

Ten thousand five hundred twenty-three steps. I am so proud of myself.

So, 10,000 is still to be raised, but only some days for me.

**Result: **

I look back on my week with a feeling of satisfaction.

I managed to take 6000 steps or more every day.

Of course, there were moments of giving up, but the benefits were worthwhile.

I feel more fit and more energetic and have slept better. Let's bring these 6,000 to 7,000.

Tips:

  • Create a step plan: Set realistic goals and devise fun ways to move more.

  • Use a stepper, smartwatch, or the actifit app: This is how you keep track of your progress and stay motivated.

  • Please make it a routine of Building walks in your day schedule, for example, during lunch break or after a meal.

  • Find a buddy: Moving is more fun with two. Take a walk or play games with your friend.

  • Variate your activities: Alternate between hiking, cycling, swimming, or other sports.

**Conclusion: **

Six thousand steps a day is achievable with little planning and motivation.

The benefits to your health are numerous.

So what are you waiting for?
