When we start seeking success, we are in a state of dreaming until we are awake. Those beautiful moments that make us vibrate and feel as if we are already living them are our first steps, and we should not leave them aside at any time, much less visualize them.

But what is Creative Visualization?
Visualization is the act of imagining beyond the simple fact of seeing everything realized. Still, in turn, we must involve the other senses. At the same time, this type of visualization should not only be done in the scenario of how it will be when we have success but must go beyond what obstacle can be presented to us and how we can solve it. Sometimes, this type of visualization is easy to perform because we are blocked or we need some help. Visualization's power is transformative and empowering, enabling us to achieve goals and success. Here, I will give you some tips to help you visualize.
Locate a space
Try to locate a quiet space where you can be whenever you want to connect with your thoughts. That place should always be your special place, in a suitable environment, where you can return to that space where you close your eyes when you have low self-esteem or lose focus. You feel protected simultaneously, whether sitting on a floor or cushions; this space is arranged to your comfort; it should be free of distractions so you can relax and concentrate. You can also choose a place in nature; the important thing is that you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and not distracted by anything.
Set your goals
When you have the space you will use to make your visualizations, take a notebook and write down your goals. First, write down your dream. Then, write down the activities you will do to reach that dream. In turn, make a list of mini-tasks that you will execute. This is a plan that you must go detailing that will help you fulfill your dreams.
Breathe and relax
After you have that space and your goals in your hands and thoughts, take a few minutes to relax your mind. To keep it away from any other disturbance, start with three deep breaths to help calm your body and mind.
Visualize
Here begins our beautiful path of visualization. After we close our eyes, we start to visualize in detail how we will feel and live when the time comes to have success. In turn, we visualize the moment of success and obstacles that may arise as we perform the tasks. This is why they are creative visualizations: We must go beyond the visualization of focusing on reaching success and create scenarios when performing the tasks.
The senses
To go beyond just imagining, we must make it more potent by involving the senses in the moment of visualizing: how it feels, sounds, smells, and tastes. The more natural it feels, the more you can connect with your visualization and feel success.
Positive attitude
We must have a positive attitude and be happy and motivated. You must visualize yourself with this attitude, which creates confidence and determination, overcomes every obstacle, and sees you as the strong person you trust in yourself.
Practice
You will not perform this only once, so it is advisable to have that same space so that when you get to that particular place, you feel that same security and nothing disturbs you. You must visualize it as much as possible, but when you lose focus or your motivation, do it every day for a few minutes; take the time to perform this type of visualization.
