I have had mild symptoms of the flu since yesterday—coughs and colds, fever, sore throat, and some body aches. It was a terrible feeling being confined to bed and just tapping on my keyboard for some write-ups.
I still felt unsatisfied and unproductive due to the plain and bland view of the wall. It accumulates my energy to think negatively, though I am an optimist. Staring at the ceiling and four sides of the wall was depressing.

Would you believe that keeping our minds healthy will keep our bodies healthy as well?
One of my mentors, who is also my senior nurse and practices alternative medicine, told me about the power of our mind to instruct our body to recover from free radicals. And positive views like nature's scenery and open, fresh air help us think better and feel better.
Staying fit despite weakness is indeed necessary to excrete toxins through sweat and help us shake off those heavy feelings from staying in bed for a long time.
Sometimes we have to get out of our comfort zone and learn to exceed our limits. Just a few walks in this mesmerizing scenery greatly helps.
It keeps the energy of positivity circulating in my system, indeed. Have a safe and fit Friday, everyone.
