The FreeCompliments Community has Won Another InLeo Community Battle through Kindness and Love!

in FreeCompliments5 months ago

The FreeCompliments Community continues its official participation in InLeo’s Community Battles and Wars, and (drumroll please)…

WE WON YET ANOTHER BATTLE!

Amazing job, folks! We’re truly on a roll here – but it’s essential that we continue to carry on. We need about 3-4 more posts made from InLeo per day (in total, among all of our members) to carry us to total victory!

Still waiting on those accumulating LP, @leogrowth! I think we’re reaching about 100k LP by now, if we include winning the 1st Communtiy War.

Regardless of the prizes, in this process, we sent out even more kindness and love to our fellow Hiveians. What a truly wonderful way to win.

Time to Step It Up!

We once again did amazing in terms of thread engagement and in terms of engaging with each other’s posts. Where we can certainly improve is the number of long-form posts made through InLeo. Once InLeo’s scheduling feature is functional, I’ll have scheduled posts from @hive-140084 go through on a daily basis, which will add to our total count. Currently, I use Peakd for these same scheduled posts.

Furthermore, I encourage our users, if they’re comfortable with the interface, to use InLeo’s frontend to post so it helps the community in this ongoing contest. With few exceptions, I’ve found it to be the fastest and smoothest platform for posting recently (although commenting on long-form posts is still a little bit clunky). If you wish not to use the platform, I respect your choice – no problem with me!

Now, let’s continue winning these battles and wars so that we can secure more substantial $LEO Power delegations and become one of the InLeo ecosystem’s most powerful curators.

Regardless of whether or not we win, we’re going to continue curating and rewarding posts that meet our very minimal rules. We’ve been committed to this for over a year and have no plans to stop any time soon.

A Road to Victory

Let’s keep the engagement going by using the #freecompliments hashtag on Threads, writing posts to the community using InLeo, interacting and engaging, voting on posts + comments + Threads and replies, and bringing in more subscribers to the community. We already give out rewards for all of these activities, so now let’s up the ante and help the community grow even more!

Most importantly, let’s win these battles and wars wit the utmost kindness, respect, and care for our fellow human being. This is a war that we win by bringing other people smiles and joy. Why not write compliments to people using other hashtags, and invite them to start using the #freecompliments hashtag? Why not invite them to post in our community and engage with others by making them feel wonderful about themselves? It is truly the best type of war where everyone ends up a winner!

Conclusion

Let’s continue our path to victory in winning InLeo’s new community battles and wars by bringing kindness to a whole new level on Hive!

How can we continue to increase our engagement and expand our reach?

I would love to hear any and all opinions about these topics from everyone who is currently a member of FreeCompliments, since you’re all inaugural members! Anyone else who finds this page is also very welcome to voice their opinion. We’re all about free speech, and everyone’s experience has value.

More posts with further ideas incoming soon!

That is awesome ..
Lets keep pushing the tag to new heights

Congratulations to our win

Hey @freecompliments, more abuse and plagiarism, this time from your own curator

https://peakd.com/hive-163772/@stekene/visiting-an-abandoned-village-in-belgium--ka

Well, this isn't posted in the FC Community, but it's noteworthy nevertheless (if true). I'll just tag @stekene so your message isn't overlooked.

No this isn't posted in your community, but your community is part of the Hive ecosystem.

@stekene is well aware of what he's doing, he has been tagged already. If it is bought to your attention that your curator is plagiarising, hopefully you will reconsider whether he should still be curating for your community, otherwise it would look like you're endorsing plagiarism on Hive. It's not the first time one of your curators has plagiarised.

Well, I certainly don't endorse plagiarism (it's even one of the basic rules I have on FC), and superficially, the optics can look bad, I agree.

For reference, stekene is a Threads curator, and I don't think it's justified to remove him from his position for an action outside the scope of the job.

That said, I'll still speak to him. For the sake of integrity, and even for himself, I don't want him to carry on plagiarizing.

By the way, the prior aforementioned curator has been gone for a while. We have a seasoned, trusted user who's currently doing the job, and I'm very glad I found him!

It turns out there's a market for kindness and respect in these troubled times. I thank you for growing even more of it every day on Hive, as its sorely needed. Keep doing what you're doing, and I wish you the best! :)

It is truly deserved. Congratulations!!!

Great work folks !DOOK I guess I should start using the tag 🤣
