Another Week, Another Saving Update
Welcome to my #Saturdaysavers Club weekly update. As usual my #saturdaysavers and #myhivegoals post are combined into this one post. I make this post regularly on a routine based, every Saturday, as my participation in Saturday Saving Club from @eddie-earner and my engagement for #myhivegoals movement too.
First thing first, there is another event on our #saturdaysavers club, it is NO BUY MONTH. On this February we have No-Buy-Month, which means that for a whole month we do not buy other stuffs or services outside our essential needs. I have participated in this one, and you can see my entry here:

Basically this is not a good way to save up, however it is a good method, as a challenge, to know yourself better... to train and discipline yourself in spending your money. Nobody has any right to say what to do about your own money, but you can!

Anyway, let's get on the other subject...
Today is Chinese New Year day, So I would like to say Happy Chinese New Year! May this year will bring you a good health, a good wealth and a lot of happiness.
新年快乐 (xīn nián kuài lè)
Today I have a very hard task with this No Buy Month. I am not a Chinese descendant, however I have slanted eyes and oriental looks, so most people think I am a Chinese. Kids in neighborhood usually look for me to get some Ang Pao (red envelopes with some money inside).
Well they are in bad luck anyway, I am not in my neighborhood right now so It's useless to ring and knock my houses too... I have saved a lot of red envelopes too, can use them for next year. and most importantly, I still on in the No Buy Month....

MY HIVE GOALS : HIVE POWER (HP)
My primary goal is to grow my Hive Power as good as possible. A goal must have a target so I have decided that my primary goal is to reach 11.500 Hive Power (HP).
My goal is to have 11.500 HP this year, not an easy one but of course it is very possible. Let's start this one by checking my HP Growth recap right now:
Well it seems I am far off from the target, but It's ok that's not the most important thing right now. Rising HP is a long term grinding, not a week or a month full of effort.

By far this is my lowest weekly growth in the last running year. I was busy and unavailable to make any post 7 days ago... so I can not complain about what I get this week. I expect next week should be similar like now too, because not much I have done to improve. Still stuck at work and my client could not pay me at the moment.
it's suck but that's life. As long they have the commitment to settle their responsibility, I will be waiting their payment. For me, business is not a transactional one time event, its more like a relationship which should benefit both parties.
I hope later on the last week of this February , I could make a come back again. or at least make a proper preparation for March HIVE Power Up Day
THE HBD
I do not make any $HBD saving this week, as I said before in the last two saving posts, I am in buying mode... and one of them is $DBOND. $DBOND is an income token pegged to 1 $HIVE, its a co-project from SPI and Man Cave.
As I think this purchase is needed, I encourage you all not to follow this buy blindly. If you are curious about this project, DYOR first... check their account @dailydab , see if people who are in the projects are align with your interest.

MY SECONDARY TARGET : SECOND LAYER TOKENS
My secondary saving targets are HIVE second layer tokens, and at this moment I have set the priority target is $ALIVE token and my goal this year is to get 6.000 Alive Power (AP). AP stands the same as HP, which means the staked $ALIVE.

Wew, my AP does not grow this week. There are plenty or excuses and reasons I can deliver here, but the most reasonable and acceptable one is that because I do not publish posts regularly. So no #ALIVE and #ALIVEANDTHRIVING recently, and this make my Alive influx gets very low... almost to 0
Let's hope next week I can get on 30-40 ALIVE again.

Wow all seems to be sluggish now, they are not growing as they were before. It is the same condition I have for the last few running weeks, I have been wondering outside my circle, so I do not dwell in the communities where those tribes are used.
CLOSURE
Saturday Savers Club is for anyone who wants to save in any currency for any purpose. The Club is a supportive group of people who meet up around the weekly post, usually on a Saturday but occasionally on a Sunday, to share tips and techniques and have some fun in the process.
