Favorite cheese? Well, that's a tough one, as there are so many delicious ones. But over the years, if there's one I have always enjoyed, it would be a good Norwegian Jarlsberg. Getting a big piece was one of the things we never missed out on, every time we went to Costco.
I'll get you added, thanks! I don't think I've tried that one. I'll have to keep my eyes open to buy some when I come find it. Do they still sell it at Costco?

Around here they still do. Unlike the really small pieces you find at regular supermarkets for about $10-12, Costco gets their own larger packaging (usually about 24oz) for about $16-18. But you might want to try a smaller piece first to see if you like it... it's like a slightly smoother/softer and little more pungent Swiss.
