At first, this is a good idea. But when you start to think about it, the idea become less and less good.
I have had this idea myself many times, but when you look at the articles here, you quickly realize that quality doesn't always require a compliment.
If a compliment is given in the article, be it to a Hivian or non-Hivian, that particular article could be qualified for a larger curation.
This would maybe require an adjustment in the current curation strategy (size etc).
