Hello my dear community, it's a pleasure to hear about this great initiative and I can say that we are the first community to come up with this initiative. Its cool to delegate some resource credit to the Active new users in the freecompliments community.

But I will suggest that before we delegate, we must watch there activity for at least a week or two, to Make sure they have come to stay. But if we notice any form of unseriousness, we may withdraw the delegations.
