Hive Distrion App Updates
- Today, after thorough testing, we deployed a new version of Hive-Distrion.App on production.
- Over the call, with @starkerz, we tested everychanges which were deployed.
- @starkerz went one step ahead & also did a test tranfer
- User @haris.housos also did a test transfer
- Here is the screenshot from Discord server of Distrion
- Above screenshot indicates that the webhooks are working fine.
- It also indicates that users are able to claim after making payment.
- Posts are also getting published & getting used for claiming reward.
- The only issue that we have at the moment is 60% claim & for this we are working on building new API.
- New API is already deployed & getting testing.
- New API integration on the front-end is work in progress
What went live today?
Inject post values
- We have added necessary details in the post
- We've business name, invoice number, rewards claimed
- We missed one thing - Spendgifts object
- This I'll take care of this as well very soon.
Other small small changes
- List of businesses by city & country
- We have all the businesses grouped by City
- We have feedback on it & show it properly.
- We'll work on it soon.
- Claim Box changes
- Claimbox now shows claim value
- Claimbox also highlights the time left to claim
- Claimbox also shows the invoice number & memo of transaction
- Map
- Map is now zoomed out at globle level
- WebHooks
- We've switched to new distrion discord server
- Visibility of user
- User profile pic & name is shown at the bottom of screen
- With this user knows which account is being used on Distrion
- Spanish characters
- There was a bug related to spanish characters.
- With this release, we've fixed that as well.
- Other UX Changes
- We've updated App logo
- AppBar title & subtitle are updated
We are continuously working on improving Distrion app & adding more businesses day by day. Don't forget to hit the upvote button to motivate me to do more.
Hive Power up Gift Report
- I support several contests hosted by different communities.
- I reward them with Hive-Power-up for the contribution that they have made on communities on Hive.
- We keep transferring portion of hive power to different users on Hive for encouraging them for their contribution on Hive.

Updates: Video Encoder Nodes
- I'm running 12 powerful video encoder nodes for 3Speak Community Members.
- Monthly internet bandwidth usage which exceeds 15 TB, Maintenance cost, Electricity backup, Internet backup, Depreciation cost - it's all on me.
- On 2024-06-02, 3Speak published total 104 videos.
- My video encoder nodes encoded 81 videos from 104 videos published.
- It means, my encoder nodes encoded 77.88 % of total videos published on 2024-06-02
