Updates on Hive Distrion App
- In order to understand swagger based docs, I kept watching videos one after another till I found a proper solution.
- Following video helped me to deploy docs locally.
- I used npm libraries called
swagger-ui-express&swagger-autogento generate swagger docs - It did generate docs but initially all docs were a mess.
- I had to re-structure the files & routes to generate routes.
- Instead of adding routes at app level, I added all routes on a single router.
- Following screenshots illustrates same.
- With that, finally, I was able to generate all swagger docs ✅

- After little bit of hassle, I was able to generate docs & deploy it to production.
- Now that, I know how to generate docs, I'll keep on generating it & updating it as and when new APIs are added or existing APIs are updated.
- I'll now focus on writing an API for adding businesses
What's next?
- Implement & deploy Swagger Docs ✅
- Create a new Discord Server for Hive-Distrion
- Integrate Discord Hooks on the backend
- Keep working on adding new APIs for Hive-Distrion.
Hive Power up gift Report
- I support several contests hosted by different communities.
- I reward them with Hive-Power-up for the contribution that they have made on communities on Hive.
- We keep transferring portion of hive power to different users on Hive for encouraging them for their contribution on Hive.

- I'm running 12 powerful video encoder nodes for 3Speak Community Members.
- Monthly internet bandwidth usage which exceeds 15 TB, Maintenance cost, Electricity backup, Internet backup, Depreciation cost - it's all on me.
- On 2024-05-20, 3Speak published total 129 videos.
- My video encoder nodes encoded 115 videos from 129 videos published.
- It means, my encoder nodes encoded 89.15 % of total videos published on 2024-05-20
