Updates on 3Speak
- @starkerz reported that, we MUST not block users for publishing the video using mobile-app even when posting authority isn't provided.
- We took this feedback as an utmost priority & worked on it.
- Users can now log in even when posting authority isn't given to 3Speak Account.
- I also updated the prompt which is given to user after video is uploaded.
- If user has given posting authority, user will be shown - autopublish prompt.
- If user has NOT given posting authority, user will be shown - Manual publish prompt.
- Immediately after addressing this issue, I generated a new build & pushed it to AppStore & PlayStore.
- Both Google & Apple has approved our latest release.
- I request users to update their 3Speak app on their devices.
3Speak <=> Ecency Integration issues
- Few users experienced issues when using 3Speak services via Ecency.
- After thoroughly analysing the backend & database, I figured out the issue.
- I came to know that Ecency has incorrect code for video-length.
- Videos having length less than 15 seconds are considered spam (Probably, we'll remove this check)
- I informed @good-karma about this & highlighted issue with screenshots
- I co-ordinated with Good-Karma about Ecency video-upload issues
- I made some changes in Ecency to fix the issue & those changes were approved by good-karma

- I believe, Ecency will roll out a new release soon & it will fix upload issues coming from Ecency.
