Hello my stacker friends! I have been a bit absent and still have many things that I bought and didn't show around. We all know about some companies that are trendy in the precious metals branch. Many friends showed a bit here in Hive some of them here on Hive. I love the American Scottdale's and I have been buying many different pieces from them because they have a good cost/benefit. Good quality metals with nice designs and usually the premium isn't a lot. However, we all know that there are companies that we can't buy anything near the spot, such as the Swiss company Pamp and the German Geiger Edelmetalle.
I was surprised When I first saw the silver bars on sale from Geiger. They are usually 20 bucks over the spot, so why should I buy them? But after some time I saw how liquid they were. People sell them as water in the precious metals world. So even if they aren't cheap like some rounds that are closer to the silver/gold spot, they still sell because of who they are. So I decided to buy a one 1oz bar, or square. Usually, their metals are minted in squares instead of bars. In addition to gold and silver bars they cast also the famous Noah's Arc bullion from Armenia.
However, I saw something that I think I needed and can get some good selling in the long term. A real Geiger bar 100g. I bought it for 175 CAD on December. At that time the Silver ounce was 45.12 so I paid approximately 9.30 CAD per ounce for premium. The interesting thing is that I saw one dealer yesterday in a live selling 3 of these again and he was selling for 189 CAD. That means that I can already sell for this price. The premium is more expensive today for some reason.
In addition to the different format the bar has this frost aspect instead of being just a reflective regular silver mirror, which creates a beautiful effect difficult to see in other metals. It came in a plastic bag which for sure I won't remove it so it can still protect the bar against friction with other objects. Like any Geiger product, it comes with the official symbol of the company, which is their original location the Schloss Güldengossa, the word Schloss in German is Castle. Also the piece comes with the serial number printed as any other metal produced by it.

Muitos amigos mostraram um pouco aqui na Hive algumas delas aqui na Hive. Eu adoro as Scottdale's americanas e tenho comprado muitas peças diferentes delas porque elas têm um bom custo/benefício. Metais de boa qualidade com designs bonitos e geralmente o prêmio não é muito alto. No entanto, todos nós sabemos que existem empresas que não conseguimos comprar nada perto do local, como a empresa suíça Pamp e a alemã Geiger Edelmetalle.
Fiquei surpreso quando vi pela primeira vez as barras de prata em promoção da Geiger. Eles geralmente custam 20 dólares a mais que o preço à vista, então por que eu deveria comprá-los? Mas depois de algum tempo eu vi o quão líquidos eles eram. As pessoas os vendem como água no mundo dos metais preciosos. Então, mesmo que eles não sejam baratos como algumas rodadas que estão mais próximas do preço à vista de prata/ouro, eles ainda vendem por causa de quem eles são. Ela veio em um saco plástico que com certeza não vou remover para que ainda possa proteger a barra contra o atrito com outros objetos. Como qualquer produto Geiger, ela vem com o símbolo oficial da empresa, que é sua localização original, o Schloss Güldengossa, a palavra Schloss em alemão é Castelo. Além disso, a peça vem com o número de série impresso como qualquer outro metal produzido por ela.
