I'll break the usual cycle of reporting to share some surprising results. We have full set of reports from two groups (A & B), so let's have a look how 12 players started the season.
I'll post the results of groups C & D tomorrow and then we will be back to normal, daily cycle for all 4 groups.

Surprise, surprise. @danmaruschak and @browery, the two top seeded players here, have been both defeated by players who battled thru qualifiers. Is it a one time mishap or are we going to see a reversal of the established hierarchy?
In the third game, a Polish derby match ended in a draw.
I think this group might be the most interesting to watch.

No excitement here, the favorites won their matches quite easily. Today (Friday), @benbow2017 will be tested by @racibo. The winner will be very close to the play-offs (4 best players advance).
