"Hockey" = "Volleyball" in terms of the format - group phase followed by playoffs. I may look at some rare/strange disciplines from Paris for inspiration.
I like the idea of National / Geo teams for 4x100 Relay. I am actually thinking on a handicap system based on @poliac results. This is a good indication of current form. Nothing promised, but it may materialize in September.
It will be unique in the world. The first distance and non-contact relay world championship :-)
