Hello Splinterfans!
It is something I have been giving some thought to this year as last year it was pretty clear that stacking SPS ahead of the bull run was a great move in Splinterlands and I managed to achieve that in time.
This year we have a totally different dynamic in the game and the token price has increased, plus we have a new Rebellion deck to build, land and of course to keep earning.
Therefore, I have thought of my 5 goals for this year:
Keep in the Gold Modern league
Keep stacking SPS
Buy the essential Riftwatchers/Chaos Legion cards
Start building key Rebellion deck cards
Start working land
Keep in the Gold Modern league
The gold modern league has good earning and the game dynamics are the most fun imo. I have been battling away in silver trying to get back to gold each season and I want to stay permanently in gold. Therefore I will try to improve my gameplay and maybe invest in a few cards to help me get an edge in silver to stay in Gold I in the future.
Keep stacking SPS
SPS has started the year in fine form and who knows where it goes from here. My thoughts are to keep stacking my earnings and see where the price is in 2025.
Buy the essential Riftwatchers/Chaos Legion cards
Riftwatchers cards are going to become quite rare so I have been buying up the key ones that I need and my plan is to continue doing this as many are pretty useful currently in modern.
If there are also any bargains on missing chaos legion cards then I will try to pick them up too.
Start building key Rebellion deck cards
Rebellion has been released for a couple of months now and I am starting to see which cards are useful, so I will start to work towards adding them to my deck.
Start working land
I still haven't started in land yet and would like to get a few pieces and start working it. I think there could be a few good offers on the market and it could be a good time to start learning how it is working.
Summary
These are my goals for 2024 and I am looking forward to tracking my progress and seeing how well I do throughout the year. I have a feeling it is going to be a great year on Splinterlands and so far it is not letting me down.
