So, this season I managed to reach Champion II with a 4220 ranking, and I got 175102 Glint. Let's see how can we use them to improve my collection!
I noticed few changes for the next season. No ghost cards in Wild, tournaments or brawls. This is a big one for starter accounts, as they cannot really compete to get some token and card rewards, unless they chose to put some money into the account. Also, now you can buy specific cards, common, rare, epic or legendary, but I think that you will get only one single card from it. If you do not have a maxed up collection, buying random ones is still better and more profitable.
Execpt for Possesed Puppet and Will Coyotian, all my common cards are max level. No need to buy anything from common draw. As for rare, I still need 8 cards upgraded, out of 23. I may get one batch. Epics, none max level from this reward set, all level 4 out of 6 on average. As for legendary, most of them are level 2-3 out of for, except the Drybone Raider which is level 1 (only 1 BCX ever dropped). What is the plan? I start with a first batch Master Draw:
Not lucky enough, 56 cards, 5 common Gold, 3 Epics. Next, one Elite Draw batch.
This is why you should never trust the odds. 61 cards, 2 Legendaries, one of them Gold even. Both of them Drybone Raiders. What can I say? Next one will be a Veteran Draw.
I got 31 cards, one of them Epic. Last two of them batch 1, Adept and Initiate Draws. I do not expect much of this, but I may be surprised.
Adept Draw, 18 cards, 1 Epic, Initiate Draw, 10 cards, 2 Rare, but they are the ones that I need. Next, 3 batches of Merits, and whatever I need to get 4 packs of Gladiators. 13K Glint for 5 packs - 25 cards, let's see the luck of the draw?
Not too bad, 4 Epics, one of them Quora, still need 2 more BCX to upgrade it to level 3, and 3 Gold cards, hopefully few more cards gained an extra level. Next, I want to try two Legendary cards.
Not really helpful, Berix still needs 2 more cards to be max level, and Drybone Raider just got to level 2 Regular, when I already had a Gold one level 2. Well, this is life, shall I try some Epics next?
Yes, the price is too high for anything else other than legendary, as the other choices provide you with more cards. Testing again, one Veteran Draw:
For the same price as 3 Epics, I got 32 cards, 2 Epic, 1 Gold, and 7 more Rare. The probability is much higher for a better profit from these random batches. Next, another Adept Draw. I am close to the end of my experiment.
One Epic, 1 Gold, all for 6000 Glint, 16 cards in total. This is all for now, as I finished the Glint.
All the best,
George
