Once again, the Gold Foil prize is the Lemell Refugee. As has been mentioned before, I covet this card above all else! But I fear once again there are contestants who may surpass the 200 Ticket mark and lay claim to this magnificent prize. But if the fates be on my side and those at the top of the list fall short of the goal, perhaps Lady Luck will look with favor on my paltry cache of Raffle tickets and declare me the Champion of the Tournament instead!
