Monday Portraits w/ Nahomi [ENG/ESP]

I've been checking the folder of the boudoir session I did with Nahomi a few weeks ago and I still had several unedited photos, I think it was a lot for a 3 hours production time, so I still have some editing work to do and some retouching in others that I've already edited. Today I have prepared and edited some of these photos to share them with you but I wanted them to be mixed portraits, a mini compilation of photos that we took in different corners of the Hugo Del Carril mansion in Buenos Aires.

He estado chequeando la carpeta de la sesión boudoir que hice con Nahomi hace algunas semanas y aún tenía varias fotos sin editar, creo que han sido muchas para un lapso de 3 horas de producción, así que aún me queda trabajo de edición y algunos retoques en otras que ya he editado. Hoy he preparado y editado algunas de estas fotos para compartirlas con ustedes pero he querido que sean retratos mixtos, un mini compilado de fotos que hicimos en diferentes rincones de la mansión Hugo Del Carril en Buenos Aires.

This mix contains both colour and black and white photos. To give you a wider appreciation and different points of view, we took some photos on the balcony and in the windows to incorporate some of the greenery of a large tree we had in view.

As well as inside the location with different tones and variety of lighting.

Éste mix contiene fotos en color y en blanco y negro empezando para que puedan tener una apreciación más amplia y diferentes puntos de vista, hicimos algunas fotos en el balcón y en las ventanas de manera de incorporar un poco el verde de un gran árbol que teníamos a la vista.

Así como en el interior de la locación con diferentes tonalidades y variedad de iluminación.

One option for both of us was to include portraits a little more subtle or more delicate if you could call it that, while she was leaning on one of the armchairs, different outfits and with expressions a little deeper and more meaningful.

A week into the new year and I feel the need to do a new production, we have been considering a new location with other themes and this time with a bit more organisation and time as for this shoot I only used a flash that I could transport easily. In our next production I will do my best to move my softbox and be able to work with better lighting.

Una opción para ambos fué incluir retratos un poco más sutiles o más delicados si se pudiera considerar así, mientras ella se apoyaba en uno de los sillones, diferentes outfits y con expresiones un poco más profundas y significativas.

Ya ha pasado una semana de este nuevo año y siento la necesidad de hacer una nueva producción, hemos estado considerando un nuevo lugar con otras temáticas y ésta vez con un poco más de organización y tiempo ya que para ésta sesión solo utilice un flash que podía transportar de manera fácil. En nuestra próxima producción haré todo lo posible por trasladar mi Softbox y poder trabajar con una mejor iluminación.

I'm also thinking of buying a new lens that will allow me to be more comfortable in confined spaces because of the focal length, I'm thinking of a 35mm 1.8 or maybe 1.4, I think it would be very useful and would make my work much easier.

One of the positive aspects of working with her is that in her case she is not only passionate about modelling but also about photography itself, so the ideas flow better and we share possible compositions for this style of sensual, boudoir photography that has a lot to offer.

También tengo pensado comprar un nuevo lente que me permita estar más cómodo en espacios cerrados por la distancia focal, pienso en un 35mm 1.8 o tal vez 1.4, creo que sería muy útil y me facilitaría mucho el trabajo.

Uno de los aspectos positivos de trabajar con ella es que en su caso no solo le apasiona modelar sino también la fotografía en sí, entonces las ideas fluyen mejor y compartimos posibles composiciones para este estilo de fotografías sensuales, boudoir y que tiene mucho para ofrecer.

I hope you had a great week and that this one that is starting will be much better for you, for my part I am already having more free and available time to dedicate to my outings and tours around the city and to organize more productions of this type.
