Beautiful flowers in front of a dead villa - January 4, 2025

It was raining today. I was walking near the villas. Many villas were dilapidated and dying. I saw cracks and plants all over the buildings. Some villas had gardeners and villa managers who took care of their villas whenever they wanted to come. My family also had one villa manager from the local area. Out of all the villas, a villa caught my attention with its banner. The banner read, "This land and building are collateral for Bank X."

Beautiful white flower growing on the fence. From Google image search, this flower is from the Clematis genus. I think it is Clematis Terniflora which is known as Sweet Autumn Clematis. That is the closest Clematis flower overall in search. It is a shame to leave it alone but glad to see this flower is still growing well without anyone taking care of it.

It looks like the flowering plant is maintained by someone to some extent.

That's so interesting. I've never seen a tropical Clematis before, but that does indeed appear to be Clematis terniflora. Abandoned properties facinate me, as much for the plants, as for the structures. I used to explore abandoned farm houses with my mother as a child, which was pretty fun! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Explore an abandoned farmhouse... Is it allowed? The problem of trespassing? I know it's abandoned but I never had the courage to explore it because of that problem. I have one house that I've always wanted to explore because it's right next to my grandma's villa.

The fences, doors, and windows are all broken and I can see plants growing from inside. It looks like a haunted house if it weren't for the glass bottles scattered around the garage. It looks more like a drunkard's house because of the bottles 😂. Never saw anyone there, but sometimes there is noise from the building. I heard it from the wall leading to that villa.

Well, that was many years ago out in the country, and we never ran into any trouble, thankfully. I can't speak for how things might be where you are now, but I definitely understand wanting to explore the abandoned place next to your grandmother's villa. It's fascinating going into places like that. It's kind of like archeology.

Seeing how the plants are growing around, and even inside the house, would certainly tempt me...hehe. Yeah, if there are bottles it's very probable that homeless people frequent it, especially with you hearing noises coming from it. Let me know if you ever do end up exploring it. Maybe you could even write a post about it. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
