Rir auxilia a manter o equilíbrio físico e emocional, além de liberar substâncias químicas relacionadas ao bem-estar, alívio do estresse e sensação de relaxamento. Dar boas gargalhadas também beneficia um dos hábitos essenciais do ser humano que é a socialização, nada melhor do que passar bons momentos ao lado de quem gostamos pois ao fazer isso ficamos mais disposto a fazer as coisas que nao estariamos antes quando estavamos sozinho em casa, nos sentimentos completos e mais amado e logicamente feliz porque afinal felicidade é contagiante
Acredito que as melhores amizades que temos sao aquelas que fazemos quando criança, pois vamos crescendo e crescendo e vivenciando varios momentos juntos, mas a base de qualquer relacionamento é o quanto vc confia nessa pessoa fechar os olhos e saber que nenhum mal essa pessoa fará a ti, quando somos pequenos nao temos muita consciência disso mas quando amadurecemos vamos dar mais valor e ate se afastar de alguma pessoas que pensávamos que eramos nossos amigos
Ninguem é perfeito isso significa que muitas vezes podemos machucar uns aos outros e nem por isso vc precisa excluir a pessoa da sua vida, podemos sempre perdoar e evoluir e se tornar alguem melhor porque é vivendo e aprendendo, assim como vc tambem pode machucar alguem afinal porque sempre culpamos os outros e nunca nos mesmos esta na hora de vc olha pra si e ver que vc tambem ter defeitos como qualquer outra pessoa nesse planeta

Ninguem nasceu pra viver só, entao se vc é solitario nao é culpa sua talvez as pessoas te machucaram tanto que achou melhor viver assim como esta, esta tudo bem se afastar de algumas pessoas afinal relacionamentos toxicos so nos desgastam e vc de fato deve se afastar mas nao viver so, nao existe so pessoas ruins no mundo tenho certeza que existem pessoas boas que entram em nossa vida para somar e so essas que vc tem que busca-las
