Thank you very much, we love a nice twice baked Sloppy Joe here, it's one of our favourites and it was even tastier on that bread my handsome husband made. I might try and make a couple loaves of it in the near future...maybe for this weekend, to go with the chili I'm thinking of making on Friday, to feed us through the weekend. 😊

Mine is simply the filling for a large pumpkin pie. I tend to double the recipe.
Hmm, I'll have to try to make some. We've got loads of pumpkin purée in the freezer and I can only make so many pumpkin cookies...of course, there's always pumpkin pies, pumpkin impossible pies, breads, and now pudding...thanks for the idea! 😊
