Hi guys! Today, I finished another drawing for my entry in Holozing's Inktober. With so many days in October, I think I’ve only managed to submit a few entries, and I believe this might be my last one for the month of October.
I hope there will be a similar contest in November so I can qualify for the marathon.
For today’s prompt, the theme is violin. I decided to draw Raccomon playing the violin while wearing a Mad Hatter’s hat. I’m not sure what that hat is officially called, but since I know the Mad Hatter wears it, that’s what I’m calling it. Hahaha!
The brushes I used were a charcoal brush and a rough brush to create this artwork.
So first, I sketched the shape of our character. Yes, I know, it looks like a cat. Hahaha! But hold on, I’m just getting started.

Next, I marked the spot where I would draw the violin and then slowly added some details to shape the character.

After that, I completed the entire outline, which would serve as my guide for the rest of the drawing.
Then, I added several layers under the outline where I did the shading, adjusting the opacity of each layer to achieve a light and dark shading effect for the art.

For the final touch, I added some extrusion lines to enhance the effect of the drawing.
