Greetings Holozing friends, recently one of the new characters of the game was revealed, in this case an insect type. Since the main characters were revealed, I thought it was curious that there wasn't an insect type, but now that these two have been revealed, it's pretty cool because the designs look really good.
I immediately got to work and I decided to make a figurine of this character. Join me in the creative process of this creature!

Saludos amigos de Holozing, hace poco se dio a conocer uno de los nuevos personajes del juego, en este caso un tipo insecto. Desde que se revelaron los personajes principales sí me pareció curioso que no hubiese un tipo insecto, pero ahora que han revelado estos dos, es bastante genial porque se ven muy buenos los diseños.
De inmediato puse manos a la obra y me animé a hacer una figurita de este personaje ¡Acompáñame en el proceso creativo de esta criatura!
Step by step
Being a creature in its larval stage, because of the shape of its body there was not much support to place on it. I only cut a small piece of wire that would serve to maintain the curved shape without it falling off and ending up lying like a worm on the ground.
Paso a paso
Al ser una criatura en su estado de larva, por la forma de su cuerpo no había mucho soporte que colocarle. Solo corté un pequeño trozo de alambre que serviría para mantener la forma curva sin que esta se cayera y terminara acostado cual gusano sobre el suelo.
Once I had the wire ready, I cut numerous pieces of green plasticine, some small and some larger in a pyramid shape, as Larvie's body gets bigger and bigger from tail to head.
As you can see in the image below, I did it in sections, starting from the smallest section to the largest section.
Una vez tuve listo el alambre, corté numerosos trozos de plastilina verde, algunos pequeños y otros más grandes en forma piramidal, pues el cuerpo de Larvie se va haciendo más grande desde la cola a la cabeza.
Como pueden ver en la imagen de abajo, lo hice por secciones, comenzando desde la sección más pequeña hasta la sección más grande.

The little legs were quite easy to make. I simply cut numerous pieces of wire and with these I first cut through some green spheres and then some black cones, which would be the spikes that Larvie has as legs.
Las patitas fueron bastante fáciles de hacer. Simplemente corté numerosos trozos de alambre y con estos atravesé primeramente unas esferas de color verde y luego unos conos de color negro, que serían las púas que tiene Larvie como patas.
In total I made six of these little legs, I also placed some yellow lines around the legs. I placed each of them on the lower part of Larvie, but four on the bottom and one a little higher, near the head, I will show that later.
En total hice seis de estas patitas, también le coloqué unas líneas amarillas alrededor de las patas. Cada una de ellas las coloqué en la parte baja de Larvie, pero cuatro abajo y una un poco más arriba, cerca de la cabeza, eso lo mostraré más adelante.
Notice that here I started working on the head. This character has a huge head that is practically 50% of his body. One of the colors he has is fuchsia, so I covered almost the entire upper part with this color.
Then, as if they were layers, I started to put a lighter green color and finally the same green color with which I did the rest of the body.
Fíjense que aquí comencé a trabajar en la cabeza. Este personaje tiene una cabeza enorme que prácticamente es el 50% de su cuerpo. Uno de los colores que tiene es el fucsia, así que cubrí casi toda la parte superior con este color.
Luego, como si se trataran de capas, comencé a colocar un color verde más claro y finalmente el mismo color verde con el que hice el resto del cuerpo.

I added details that the character has, such as two points on the tail and the face itself, which is small. This is oval with two antennae also with fuchsia color on the tip, just like the ones on the tail.
Note that here, near each one, is where I also placed the other two little legs.
Agregué detalles que tiene el personaje, como dos puntitas en la cola y la propia cara que sí es pequeña. Esta es ovalada con dos antenas también con color fucsia en la punta, tal como las de la cola.
Fíjense que aquí, cerca de la cada, fue donde también coloqué las otras dos patitas que tiene.
As you can also see in this image, I placed on his back, like a caterpillar for protection, some black protectors, all superimposed and placed in the same line as the sections of the character's body.
Como pueden ver también en esta imagen, le coloqué en la espalda, cual oruga para protegerse, unos protectores negros, todos superpuestos y colocados en la misma línea que las propias secciones del cuerpo del personaje.
And finally I did what gives life to this whole figure, that pair of charming and innocent eyes. Two huge and bright eyes accompanied by a very small mouth. Notice that the whole piece, even though it is not attached to any base, can stand upright.
Ya para finalizar hice lo que le da vida a toda esta figura, ese par de ojos encantadores e inocentes. Dos ojos enormes y brillantes acompañados de una boca muy pequeña. Fíjense que toda la pieza aunque no está sujeta a ninguna base, bien puede mantenerse en pie.
