Macracantha hasselti is a beautiful species of spider that steals attention thanks to its unique and striking appearance. This spider has a small, oval-shaped body with varying bright colors. As you can see in the picture, this spider has a bright color like yellow, a little orange and black, apart from the bright color which is an attraction, the long spines that stand out on the back of the body are also a characteristic feature of spiders, these three pairs of spines not only add to its visual appeal but these spines make this spider look more big in the eyes of predators, and of course this is a protection addition to spiders.

The natural habitat of Macracantha hasselti is the tropical region of Southeast Asia, this spider is usually easy to find in areas rich in vegetation, such as damp forests and gardens, so if you want to hunt this beautiful spider then you have to ensure its natural habitat so that your adventure not in vain, apart from its unique shape, this spider also has special skills, where the Macracantha hasselti spider builds large spiral-shaped fingers to catch prey, and the web is very effective for catching small insects as their main food, in biology explains that the presence of these spiders can be used as an indicator of a healthy ecosystem, considering their important role in maintaining the ecosystem as guardians of natural balance, by preying on insect pests, these spiders help protect crops and reduce the need for pesticide use.

apart from that, Macracantha hasselti is also a symbol of how natural beauty comes in unexpected ways, even though most people consider this spider to be a scary species, everything will change when the spider shows its distinctive color and shape, an observation that What I did about spiders also provides insight into the complexity of the insect world and how each living creature plays an important role in the ecosystem chain.

However, like many other species, the existence of Macracantha hasselti is also threatened by various human activities, the destruction of the natural habitat of Macracantha hasselti by deforestation and also the use of excessive chemicals in agriculture so that these actions greatly disrupt the population of Macracantha hasselti, therefore, it is important for all of us to do conservation efforts aimed at protecting biodiversity, including the stunningly beautiful spider Macracantha hasselti.
