Good for you joining Team Repair and Maintenance rather than the disposable consumerist culture. I am confused though ... you said you screwed on the new blade but "it" is really rusted - what's rusted, the screw?

        Thanks, it feels much better to repair and reuse things.

        Yes the outside of the screw was quite rusted, but is still fully working so far.
