Feliz día amigos de #Hive, aquí es feriado por ser día de San José, felicidades a todos los José en su día, una de las cosas que más me gusta es la costura y aunque no e tenido oportunidad de hacer un curso de costura básica creo es algo nato en mi heredado de mi abuela paterna.
Mi maquina de coser es mi mano derecha, en mi casa siempre hubo maquina de coser, amo darle una segunda oportunidad a la ropa.

My sewing machine is my right hand, in my house there was always a sewing machine, I love to give clothes a second chance.
Hoy me toco reparar un pantalón de mi esposo que se le a roto varias veces pero como fue un regalo de nuestro hijo el se niega a botarlo, yo a manera de broma le digo que se lo voy a poner en un cuadro🙈🤭
Así que hoy me di a la tarea de repararlo, lo primero que hice fue cortar un pedazo de tela para repararlo, después poner la puntada en 9 que en mi maquina brother es para la puntada invisible(se usa para unir las telas rotas) y la tensión del hilo en 5, use un hilo del mismo color para que no se note mucho.
Today I had to repair a pair of my husband's pants that has been torn several times but as it was a gift from our son he refuses to throw it away, I jokingly tell him that I will put it in a painting🙈🤭.
So today I gave myself the task of repairing it, the first thing I did was to cut a piece of fabric to repair it, then put the stitch on 9 which in my brother machine is for the invisible stitch (used to join the broken fabrics) and the thread tension on 5, use a thread of the same color so that it is not very noticeable.
Listo todo agarre el pantalón por el lado derecho y lo sujete con el pie de la máquina, lo levante y metí el pedazo de tela que corte por debajo, echo esto empece a coser de arriba abajo y de abajo arriba, este procedimiento lo hice tres veces para que la unión de las dos telas quedara fuerte, al final remate bien, listo esto retire de la máquina y corte el hilo sobrante, lo puse alreves y corte la tela sobrante y listo, se lo enseñe a mi esposo se quito el que tenía puesto y se lo puso😁,extrañaba su pantalón 😆😆.

Luego mi hija que escucho la maquina me trajo un mono para que se lo cortara y le agarrara el ruedo.
Puse el mono alrevés y encima le puse el que me trajo de medida, deje dos centímetros doble el mono y lo corte, lo lleve a la maquina y le hice el ruedo.
Then my daughter, who listened to the machine, brought me a monkey so that I could cut it for her and make the hem.
I put the overalls upside down and on top of it I put the one she brought me, I left two centimeters double the overalls and cut it, I took it to the machine and I made the hem.
Y un jean para que le agarrara un dedo por ambos lados hasta abajo.
Cuando se le mete a los pantalones por los lados hay que tener cuidado de que quede liso o sea no se abombe la tela a los lados para que quede bien.
Yo siempre le hago bromas que si se mete los pantalones con mantequilla🤭,pero en realidad es que como son strech se van estirando con las lavadas.

Siempre es bueno darle una segunda oportunidad a la ropa y más en estos tiempos de crisis, siempre que digo no se que haría sin mi maquina de coser si se me rompe mis hijos me dicen entre todos te compramos otra mamá 😍.
